Artist Bio

Carol Mordecai Myers is an abstract artist who lives and works in Colorado Springs. Her paintings, often executed in a variety of media are complexly layered surfaces that are built up over a long period of time. Originally from New England, she received her BA in math-psychology from Colby College and her MFA from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. She has taught painting, drawing, color theory and design at the college level and has participated widely in juried, invitational and collaborative shows.
